The plaintiffs, Jerildine and Chester E. Chellman, III, appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in a products liability case and from the Superior Courts (Mohl, J.) denial of their motions to set aside the verdict and for a new trial. On appeal, the plaintiffs allege errors by the trial court in instructing the jury on the law of strict products liability and warranty. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
